Users
A user is a single individual supposed to do end user work in the Comflow runtime environment. This could be for example registering items, order entry etc. A user should always be part of a user group.
Selecting the users task will take you to the users main portlet as below.
Right clicking in the users main portlet will give you all possible user administration actions; create, update, copy, delete and view.

Create a User
To create a user right click in the users portlet and choose Create as below.

The create right click will take you to the create view.

Locale | Preferred Locale (language) for the User |
Reuse tasks | Determines if it should be possible for a user to have several (parallel) tasks of the same type open at the same time. When Reuse tasks is checked only one instance of a task can be active at the same time |
Max active tasks | Maximum number of active tasks |
Debug Mode | Debug mode gives the User debug privileges (when checked). |
Disabled | When Disabled is checked the User is set as being disabled (not active) |
Password changed | Date of last password change |
Force password change | Forces the user to change password at first login |

Update a User
To update a user either left click on the user in the users portlet or right click on the user and choose Update as below.

Copy a User
To copy a user right click on the user and choose Copy as below.

Delete a User
To delete a user right click on the user and choose Delete as below.

Of course when deleting a user no fields are editable.

View a User
To view a user then right click in the users portlet and choose View as below.

Associate users with a user group
User group assignment is done either when creating, updating or copying a user.
When you create a user as described in chapter 4.1.1.1, updating a user as described in chapter 4.1.1.2 or copying a user (chapter 4.1.1.3 ) you have the possibility to assign the user to a user group.
In the lower browse segment you select all the user groups the user should belong to by checking the checkboxes. In the picture below the user is selected to be part of the, here only existing, P-ADMIN user group:

To confirm the user group assignment press Create (when creating a user) or Update (when updating or copying a user).
