HTML Changes for Radio Buttons

Radio button components have been updated with small adjustments to their HTML. A new span element with class CA-radioButtonWrapper wraps the input and a new label element. This provides more styling opportunities and gives a user the option to click the label, in addition to the input, to interact with the radio button.
