My Settings
If a user is authorized to access the My Settings task her or she has the possibility to change some user specific settings.
Selecting the My Settings task will take the user to the My Settings main portlet as below.

Name | Combination of First Name and Surname. |
Locale | Preferred Locale (language) for the User. |

A user has the possibility to change three personal settings:
Locale
TimeZone
Password
My settings – Update locale and/or time zone
- To change Locale and/or time zone just choose the desired setting from the drop down list and press the update button.
My settings – Update password
- To change the password, first press the Change password button.
Enter the desired settings and press Change
User tasks
The User tasks task makes it possible for a user to add favorite tasks as My Functions. It is also possible to specify tasks that should be immediately started when a user logs in.
Selecting the User tasks task will take the user to the User tasks main portlet as below.

Favorites | Will add the task to the My links -> Bookmarks folder when checked. |
Startup | Will start the task at user login when checked. |
Name | Name of the task (in the navigator). |
Task | Name of the task (on file). |
Add to Favorites and add to Startup
- To add a task to Favorites and/or Startup just check the check boxes for the desired task(s) and press the update button.
Enabling a task for the startup option will automatically start the task when a user logs in.
Adding a task to favorites will automatically create the My Functions and add the selected task(s) to the folder.
