Log in and out

Here you get information about how to log in to Comflow and log out.

Log in

The first screen you are met with when interacting with Comflow, is the log in screen. The screen layout can vary due to customization. Here you enter you user identity and password.

If you do not succeed with the operation, you get the error message "User or email mismatch".

The problem can of course be that the user identity or the password is not correct, so try again.

Though the error can also be due to that the user does not have any license. Due to security constraints, the error message does not change, since it would give an intruder information of what information is correct and which is not and thereby help the intruder to continue.

If you are sure that the user identity and password is correct, contact the administrator to check if a user license is in place.

Log out

Top right in the Comflow portal you have the user menu icon, the one to the right below.

When clicking that one, a menu with user functions is shown and at the bottom is the log out choice. By clicking on "Log out", you are logged out from Comflow and end up on the log in page again.
