V4: n/a

V5: Click the user Avatar in the upper right corner and then click “My Settings”. In the tab “My System Settings”, you have the following choices:
Locale: This controls the language of the application. Prodplanner is available in English or Swedish.
Formatting Locale: This lets you choose a different locale for the formatting of dates and decimal numbers. For example you might want to run the application in English while formatting dates the Swedish way.
Time zone: If the ERP source system is M3, don’t change this, just stay with the server time zone, because in M3 the dates on manufacturing orders are all local dates, anyway (no time zone).
Navigator type: “Top menu” is the default and also recommended for Prodplanner
Active Functions display: The option “1-Badge over portlet” is recommended for use with Prodplanner. This is not the default value, so make sure to change it.

Ad-hoc filtering from the Filter row - alphanumerical values
.png?sv=2022-11-02&spr=https&st=2025-12-16T12%3A43%3A09Z&se=2025-12-16T12%3A53%3A09Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=xavJjMJ2escKtSZ1d0hJpmB1o2YL3Q0osrMC%2BRgJJaQ%3D)
Exact match: type <yourFilterValue> in the search field and hit Enter
Wild card search: Use the percent sign (%) before and/or after and/or inside your search value
Find empty values: type ‘‘ (two straight quotes)
Find non-empty alues: type !’’ (exclamation mark followed by to straight quotes)
Partial search string match: use underscore (“_”) like in wild card search. The difference here is that each underscore denotes exactly one variable character whereas the percent sign will substitute substrings of any length.
